FAQ

  • What's the best way to contact you?
    The best way to contact me is via email at bellajaysalon@gmail.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
  • Can I add or remove a service from my appointment?
    If time permits, a service may be added to scheduled appointments. If during your appointment you'd like to remove a service, that service will be subject to the conditions stated in the cancellation policy.
  • What if I'm running late for my appointment?
    Please call as soon as you know you will not be able to make it to your appointment on time. If you're 15+ minutes late for your appointment all scheduled services may not be able to be completed. In this event the total of all scheduled services will be due. If time permits, beyond your scheduled time to complete your service, an additional time service charge will be added to your total.
  • How do I reschedule my upcoming appointment?
    You can always check your appointment details by signing in on the booking page. From there you can check appointment details, reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment.
  • Many of your services are starting prices, what determines the final price?
    Final pricing is determined by the amount of product and timing of the service. I do not charge for hair length and or hair thickness. But there are circumstances where additional product and/or timing is needed to complete a service.
